Liquor may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 18 years old. By placing your order with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and the person to whom any wine will be delivered is also 18 years old.
Customer requirements
To purchase products from Liquourland, you must also have completed the site login procedure and have an active email address as well as provide us with a password for your sole use.

Prices

If you do not have a Credit Card or Paypal account that operates in Singapore Dollars then your account will be debited based upon the currency exchange rate that the Credit Card issuer operates at the transaction moment in Singapore Dollars.
Stock Availability
In recognition of demand level fluctuation, and stock availability we can only deliver on a first come, first served basis and we are not liable if we are unable to supply a particular product in your order.
We will notify you within 24 hours should stock be unavailable and offer you a suitable alternative or inform you when the product will be back in stock and provide you with an alternative date for that delivery.

Liquorland from time to time will run promotional offers and special offers. All of these offers will be subject to availability and while stocks last and will be sold and dispatched on a fist come first served basis. All prices will be subject to GST and include customs duty.

Liquorland from time to time source Limited Edition stock from suppliers. This stock will subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Liquorland and those customers using the services of Liquorland shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and as such any dispute shall be decided by the courts of Singapore.
Termination
